- Cancellation are allowed for requests made three (3) day prior to arrival, except for stays from 20th December to 10 January
- Seven (7) day cancellation policy is applicable for stays from 20th December to 10th January
- 100% reservation amount will be charged in the event of no-show, and for cancellations made out of the standard cancellation policy
