First LEED Platinum Hotel in Sri Lanka

Designed and constructed according to resource conservation and environmental design guidelines, the property exerted massive efforts to comply to standards, earning a LEED Platinum award as a hotel committed to sustainable practices.

Wild Forest Award

Living up to its reputation as one of the greenest hotels on the planet, the property earned yet another award in the form of the Wild Forest Award in 2013, due to its efforts in energy conservation and maintaining ecological balance. In the same year, a Singaporean exhibition awarded a "Best Story" title.

First Classified Eco-Lodge in Sri Lanka

Awarded in 2023, the property's dedication to uniqueness and high quality of service was lauded by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) by way of recognizing it as the FIRST ECO LODGE in Sri Lanka.
