RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Full payment is required at the time of booking, to confirm the reservation.
This website accepts payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs/LKR) and/or United States Dollars (US$) only.
Please note that neither Aitken Spence Hotels Managements (Pvt) Ltd nor the Hotel owning Company it represents on this website will be liable for any exchange rate losses/gain due to any transactions/refunds processed, irrespective of customer’s credit/debit card currency.
ROOM RATES
Room rates are inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes.
Default Cancellation Policy
- In the event you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period, there will be no refund granted.
- For cancellations within the stipulated time period, please complete the cancellation request form and submit it for completion of request.
For stays until 19 December 2024
Cancellations that are made less than three (3) days prior to confirmed day of stay in any of the above mentioned resorts will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For stays between 20 December 2024 and 10 January 2025
Cancellations that are made less than seven (07) days prior to confirmed day of stay in any of the above mentioned resorts will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For stays between 11 January 2025 and 31 October 2025
Cancellations that are made less than three (3) days prior to confirmed day of stay in any of the above mentioned resorts will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
- Children between the ages of 0 – 6.99, will be considered FOC, with an allowance of upto 02 children sharing room with parents
- Children between the ages of 7 – 11.99, will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, with an allowance of upto 02 children sharing room with parents
- Children above the ages of 12 will be considered as adults
*Christmas Eve and New Years Eve supplements are 50% for children.

By accessing and using this Web Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use, set out herein below. , The attached terms of online reservations will apply, when you make your reservations online and shall form part and parcel of this Agreement. The Principals of Data Protection of AITKEN SPENCE HOTELS is also annexed hereto for your reference.

These General Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made personally using the worldwide Aitken Spence Hotels Web Site hotel reservation system. Reservations of more than five rooms may be made by sending a request to our reservations department. Reservations are binding, once the details have been confirmed.
